Printing
Student printing at Laupus Library is $0.02 per page for black & white, and $0.10 per page for color. ECU students are provided allowances each semester but can add money to their accounts from their personal funds if needed. Full details can be found at ITCS’ website. ECU Faculty/Staff and other library guests receive 10 free pages per day and will be charged $0.10 per page afterward regardless of color. Printing is only available in 8.5” X 11” size paper.
Scanners
We have multiple scanning options available in the Computer Lab. ECU students have access to two high-speed, duplex document scanners, a high-resolution flatbed scanner, and a full-color book scanner in the Computer Lab. ECU faculty, staff, and guest users have access to a high-speed document scanner on the Reference Floor.
Copiers
We have a copier available for student access in the Computer Lab. The same printing charges apply as they do for printing. Students can scan to email at no charge from the same copier. We do not provide faculty, staff, and guest access to any stand-alone copiers. However, there are document scanners available on the Reference Floor and in the Computer Lab – all of which can be used to scan documents and print copies as needed.
Equipment Loan Program
We offer laptops, digital cameras, iPads, cameras, and more for loan.
