Laupus welcomes new faces

Laupus Library welcomed Mary Roby, assistant director for user services on June 29. She comes to ECU with extensive experience, most recently as dean of the Library at Gardner-Webb University. In her new role, Mary provides leadership for the department of information services overseeing all educational programming, liaison librarians and related services.

On July 17, Laupus Library welcomed Corey Harmon, head of access services. He comes to ECU from the United States Military Academy at West Point where he worked as a circulation librarian. In his new role, Corey oversees circulation of materials, interlibrary loan and document delivery, and other departmental operations and services. Corey also provides reference and instructional services for the department of information services.
